1. On Hunting Days, groups of up to 3 participants may fly their own hawk,
any more that this, for safety reasons, one bird will be flown between two.
Although rabbits can be hunted all year round other quarry is restricted
by seasonal permits. It is impossible to guarantee that your hawk will
catch any quarry and any quarry that is caught will not be treated in any
way inhumanely.

2. Apologies, we cannot accept booking for any children under the age of,10
with the exception of the bird adoption. All children under the age of 16
must be accompanied on any activity by an adult. Any adults accompanying a
child, or spectators will be charged at 20% of the fee for that activity.

3. Bookings will only be reserved upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable
deposit (This is not applicable to personal tuition or bird adoptions). The
balance of all activities must be paid in full 7 days prior to the date of
the activity booked. Failure to do so will may result in the cancellation
of the booking reserved.

4. We reserve the right to cancel any activity due to bad weather
conditions. We will endeavour to reschedule your booking to a time
convenient to both yourself and the Centre.

5. We also reserve the right to amend any details associated with any
activity dependant on the readiness of the birds.

Privacy Policy.

Highland Falconry respects the privacy of all its visitors and will not use any information
provided for any uses other than the booking of our own activites.
Your name and other personal information will not be sold or given in trade to any third parties.
You have the right to request and have ammended any information which
we hold regarding our clients upon request by any one of our contact
methods and in full accordance with the relevant data protection acts.
