Glasscorrie Fishery, like Highland Falconry, started 2 years ago by Tom, a well experienced fisherman. We have come together to offer this activity to those who enjoy both aspects of these field sports. The first half of this day is spent with Highland Falconry hunting with hawks in the field.
After a brief introduction to the birds at the Centre we then proceed to nearby woodlands to fly our birds at their quarry. After a hearty lunch and a refreshing beverage you then proceed to the fishery. Choose which pond you wish to fish, novice ponds or fly fishing ponds.
Tom is always on hand to offer his expert advice and tuition if needed and rods and tackle are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
The cost of the hunting and fishing day is £75.00 UK pounds sterling and minimum of 6 persons per day.
You may reserve a place on the full day hunting courses using the online form or by post and telephone direct to the centre. This activity is popular and the places limited to ensure the well being of the birds. If traveling from outside the Perthshire area it is advised to reserve a place once you have decided on the dates you will be visiting our area to avoid disappointment on arrival.
