Golden Eagle

The bird pictured on the left is a Golden Eagle. This majestic bird with its 7ft wing span is coming back strongly to the scottish highlands. During the 60's & 70's the population of these birds saw a decline in numbers mainly due to egg thiefs and persecution by man.
