Meet the Birds

Come along to the Centre and spend half a day meeting our birds. You will revceive some handling experience, learn more about our birds and be shown the basics involved in falconry. This half day activity is both enjoyable and informative and, with no format to the session, is your time to get what you want out of this activity.

Hawk Walks.

This package is designed for those who want to spend an hour or so closer to the birds. Beginning with fifteen minutes or so basic handling skills tutorial. You will then spend forty five minutes or so flying the bird of prey in the local area. This will entail flying the bird into woodland, calling it back to the fist for food and generally getting a closer association with a bird of prey.
